When using the aluminum foil sealing liner to seal bottles, you may encounter the following problem. After using electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine sealing, it is found that there is always somewhere between the sealing film and the bottle mouth is not secure. Still, most of them are sealed. The following reasons may cause this phenomenon: 

1. The cap is not fully tightened.

Solution: Tighten the cap properly every time.

2. The mouth of the bottle is not smooth

Solution: If the mouth of the bottle is not smooth or flattened evidently, you should contact the bottle manufacturer to solve the problem. If there is no way to solve the problem, you can use a special cap mold ; if the problem is not evident, you can use the aluminum foil with a thickened paper )

3. There are very obvious burrs at the mouth of the bottle

Solution: Remove the burrs and try to seal again. Usually, this problem can be solved if you contact the manufacturer of the bottles.

4. The temperature is too high or too low, resulting in aluminum and paper not being completely separated

Solution: Normally, you only need to adjust the sealing temperature to an appropriate level.
